The Oaxacan Art Market takes over the Plaza for an entire month
around the Semana Santa holiday.
(We had the April 1st date as "tentative" on the prior poster for
this season's dates until we received notification of their exact dates.)
So, the Mermaid's Market take a bit of a hiatus during April.
